selected 精东影业影视 Construction as the Construction Manager for the addition and renovation to the existing middle school in Kinmundy, Illinois.
The new addition connects their Middle School classroom facility with their gymnasium.
Facility enhancements include:
- Improved shelter and security between facilities
- A new facade to connect and unify the buildings
- New bathrooms at the gymnasium entrance
- New lobby in front of the concession stand
This is the 3rd project in which 精东影业影视 has served as South Central’s Construction Manager.
