Richland County Early Learning Center

has partnered with 精东影业影视’s Construction Management team for a new 16,400-SF single-story Early Learning Pre-K center that will create more space for the district’s pre-kindergarteners and consolidate the elementary school and the Early Learning Center into one campus.
Key project components included:
- Seven preschool learning areas;
- Play areas;
- Indoor multi-purpose area that will also serve as an ICC 500 shelter area;
This is the second project in which 精东影业影视 has served as Richland County CUSD’s Construction Manager.
UNIQUE FEATURES
I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished with the two construction projects. Besides a pandemic, school construction has dominated most of my work over the past 4-5 years.
