selected 精东影业影视 Construction to expand the Gateway 85 logistics park with the addition of a 240,000 SF single rear load warehouse and 705,000 SF cross dock warehouse. Overall, these two concrete tilt-up facilities with the capacity of nearly 195 loading docks. 听

Preparation of the 55-acre development will entail: 听

  • Major Site Clearing & Grubbing
  • Mass Excavation with over 500,000 CY of Material Moved
  • Extension of Aberdeen Blvd through the Logistics Park
